Tip Tip ("the app") is built to respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Data We Collect

Tip Tip does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. We do not operate servers that store your information, and we have no analytics or advertising trackers.

Data Stored on Your Device

All information you enter — shifts, tips, hours, jobs, goals, notes, and reminders — is stored on your device. It is never sent to us or any third party. If you delete the app, this data is removed from your device.

Location

Location is optional. With your permission, Tip Tip uses your location to: • pick the right job when you log a shift or clock in at a saved work place, and • if you allow "Always" and turn on Clock In, ask if you want to clock in when you arrive at a saved work place and clock out when you leave, even when the app is closed.

Tip Tip only checks when you arrive at or leave a place you saved. It never tracks your route. Location is processed on your device only and is never collected or shared. You can turn this off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings > Privacy > Location Services; the app works without it.

Photos

If you choose a photo for your lock screen, you pick it from your photo library and it stays on your device. Tip Tip cannot see your other photos.

Face ID and Passcode

If you turn on the app lock, Face ID is handled by iOS. Tip Tip never sees or stores your face data. Your passcode is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.
